Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right in line with this policy and your rights under Kenyan consumer law.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories and documentation.
Items Eligible for Return
- Products that arrive damaged, defective or not as described.
- Incorrect items sent in error.
Items Not Eligible
- Items that have been used, installed or altered (except where faulty).
- Consumables and clearance items marked non-returnable.
- Products damaged by misuse, accident or failure to follow instructions.
How to Request a Return
Contact us on 0793 965654 or info@rickytools.com with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange collection or return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method (M-PESA, card or mobile money). Where a replacement is preferred, we will ship it once the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty Products
Products with a manufacturer defect may also be covered under our Warranty Policy.
